Children's Class (Ages 8 - 13)

Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30PM to 7:30PM

Primarily for beginner and intermediate youth. The children's class focuses on developing fitness, sportsmanship, and personal accomplishment among young athletes.

Training is focused on Karate basics such as punches and kicks. As students become proficient in these basics, they learn to apply them in kumite (sparring).

Many of our students go on to compete in local, provincial, and national tournaments and have a successful track record.

Adult Class (Ages 14 and up)

Tuesdays and Thursdays
7:30PM to 9:00PM

This class includes practitioners from beginner to advanced of all ages. Emphasis on Karate basics is maintained - however, this class tends to explore martial arts more in-depth. Through greater training in technique, traditional Kata (pre-arranged forms), and self-defense, students make progress toward development of body and character.

Many black belts have come out of this class who have gone on to become international competitors and lead Dojos.
